Hi, I’m Christine, an accredited, multi-certified coach and wellness educator. I empower individuals of all ages, across the human spectrum, to thrive with confidence, resilience, and wellbeing. Specializing in helping teenagers and young adults navigate the journey to adulthood, I guide them in building life and health skills as they prepare for their future. My coaching approach blends neurolinguistic exploration, self-discovery, goal setting, and action planning, all aimed at fostering mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.  
 
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore how to live their best life, their own best way.

How we observe, interpret, and react to our thoughts, in a way that is helpful

Emotional Wellness – The quality of how we feel
How we notice, regulate, and express our feelings, in a way that is empowering

Identity Wellness – The quality of how we self-relate
How we look within and express our own truth, in a way that is authentic

Physical Wellness – The quality of how we function
How we intentionally care for our physical body, in a way that is sustainable

Social Wellness – The quality of how we interact
How we engage with others, humanity, and the Earth, in a way that is supportive
